Client facing role responsible for the retention of existing revenue and generating new revenue with their client through cross-selling.
Understanding the client wallet, driving organic growth and the identification and execution of cross-sell opportunities.
Accountable for client profitability and efficiency.
Negotiates pricing and terms for new products (in partnership with the Product organisation).
Delivers the firm - refers business to firm-wide partners.
Serves as an escalation point to engage clients where not responsive to document remediation and renewal requests or when Client Service role cannot resolve.
Accountable for client satisfaction, working with internal teams to ensure quality delivery, adherence with Service Level Agreements and governance of the overall relationship internally and with the client.
Perform regular client reviews to determine overall client satisfaction and govern the action plans to address client concerns.
Drive continuous enhancement of Citi products and services to our clients working with product, operations, and tech partners.
Significant experience in a global financial institution with experience in Client Relationship management.
Experience of managing by influence and demonstrated ability to manage complex issue resolution.
Self-starter, good problem solver, results oriented.
Proven track record of cross-selling skills.
Ability to take ownership and execute solutions with appropriate urgency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to handle external meetings and discussions with Clients.
Client Executive must have an in-depth level of knowledge of the Custody and Funds industry, the client segment and good cross-product knowledge of the services provided by Citi and the ability to bring all elements together seamlessly thus delivering the right solution for the client.
The ability to multitask and constantly assess and change priorities in line with the demands of the business and Client base.
Willingness and motivation to maintain a steep learning curve, keeping in tune with the business, client demands and global market developments.
A strong understanding of the regulatory, risk and control environment impacting our business.
