Vice President-level Sales Analytics Manager
Citi is looking for a Vice President-level Sales Analytics Manager to design and deliver sales performance intelligence across a global client franchise.
In this role, you will own the analytical frameworks, data methodologies, and self-serve capabilities that provide senior leaders with the commercial insights they need to make informed business decisions.
Working independently, you will operate at the intersection of data, finance, and client strategy within Citi's institutional business.
Responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of Monthly Sales Productivity Metrics, producing clear and visually compelling outputs for senior management review.
- Develop and maintain client value methodologies across countries and regions, ensuring consistent and accurate coverage across markets including Japan and the JANA region.
- Consolidate and track direct client feedback data from sources including relationship manager meetings, call reports, and client relationship management systems, translating raw inputs into actionable intelligence.
- Design and produce a monthly Client One Pager for Citi's largest clients, defining both the content framework and reporting structure to ensure outputs are senior-ready and decision-relevant.
- Collaborate with Finance, Coalition, and Client Insight teams to source, validate, and synthesize the metrics and data underpinning all sales analytics outputs.
- Build and implement a self-serve analytics strategy, enabling business stakeholders to access key metrics independently through AI-assisted dashboards developed in partnership with the Mumbai Analytics team.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to design clear, intuitive data visualizations and analytics outputs tailored for senior business audiences.
- Experience defining analytical methodologies that underpin recurring business reporting, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and stakeholder alignment.
- Ability to source, integrate, and synthesize data from multiple internal teams and systems to produce a coherent and reliable analytical view.
- Effective at working across cross-functional teams including finance, client coverage, and data functions to align on metrics and reporting needs.
- Hands-on experience building self-serve analytics capabilities, including dashboard development and automation of manual reporting processes.
- Comfortable working independently, managing multiple deliverables simultaneously, and engaging directly with senior stakeholders.
- Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools or platforms, and practical experience applying them within business reporting workflows.
- Exposure to client analytics or sales performance reporting within a financial services or institutional banking environment.
- Experience working with coalition or third-party benchmarking data to provide context around internal sales metrics.
- Understanding of regional market structures, particularly across Asia-Pacific or JANA markets, as they relate to client coverage analytics.
