We are seeking a candidate at the VP level to join our dynamic Spread Products team in London within the Single Name Lending business.
Primary Responsibilities of the role:
- Origination, credit analysis, underwriting, and monitoring of single name private credit transactions
- Structuring and drafting term sheets for new transactions
- Transaction management and documentation negotiation
- Financial analysis, due diligence and projection modeling
- Managing and working with key partners in Private Markets Coverage, ICM, Banking and Risk
What we need from you:
- Ability to lead a transaction and manage both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong corporate finance skill set with the ability to perform corporate credit analysis
- Deep understanding of fixed income products, including loans and bonds
- Proficiency in market analysis and risk management techniques
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preference is for candidates at a similar level in a leveraged finance, direct lending or infrastructure debt team at either a buyside or sell-side firm.
