The Franchise Marketing Senior Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who closely follows the latest trends in their field and adapts them for application within their job and the business. Excellent communication skills are required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others, particularly colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. This role is accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business and necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy.

Offered on a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract basis, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain meaningful experience within a globally recognised financial institution.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify the clients to be targeted for the marketing initiatives identified in the marketing plan through pipeline and revenue analysis in relation to each specific client facing event or campaigns.
  • Build the marketing client list based on client’s revenue, pipeline opportunity size and maintain it updated.
  • Leverage existing global messaging and materials to develop regional/locally relevant event materials in collaboration with regional product & sales experts for marketing events and initiatives.
  • Identify, lead and execute client facing initiatives such as online webinars, roundtables, forums and industry events for the respective client segments.
  • Plan and execute client engagement activities including pre-event target market analysis, agenda building, develop the client invitation campaign while tracking clients’ registration via CRM platform, manage vendors or/and work with GEM teams in executing the initiatives’ logistics where needed.
  • Manage end-to-end all the digital tools created to facilitate sales enablement for the Sales team as well as those digital tools that facilitate client engagement during events, remote training and digital communications.
  • Post in internal and external sites all the relevant content ensuring the correct distribution of materials following Corporate Communications policy.
  • Manage the development of the content for all the ICG external country websites for each country following regulatory requirements.
  • Implement the transition plan to move the ICG external country websites from the Consumer Bank infrastructure to the ICG, creating new sites, rebranding and updating content to ensure all ICG external websites reinforce our presence in Latin America and showcase our commitment to the ICG business in the region.
  • Ensure that marketing initiatives remain in compliance with all regional/local legal and compliance requirements as well as brand standards.
  • Serve as needed as point of contact with the Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, Information Security, etc.
  • Manage the budget and expenses allocated to specific activities within the regional marketing plan.
  • Key partners for this role include regional and local Sales teams, regional Product team, Marketing partners from global, regional and local teams, regional and local PAOs teams, regional Compliance and Legal teams, global and regional Event Management (GEM) teams and Creative and Production Agencies.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive years of experience in marketing or communications in banking or a services sector.
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear, detailed creative direction and create content for all marketing initiatives and communications.
  • Strong affinity for digital technology and insight into trends and advancements with web, social media and personal hand-held application-based technology.
  • Excellent project management skills: highly organised, deadline driven, able to manage executional details, intricate budgets and cross-functional teams.
  • Possess a proactive, positive and highly collaborative attitude.
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think creatively and use sound judgment when making business decisions.
  • Desire to continually challenge oneself and drive marketing programs to the next level.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working in a fixed term contract environment, with the ability to integrate quickly into an established team and deliver value from day one.
Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
