  • Evaluate technology-related expenditures, including hardware and software, to surface financial trends, risks, and opportunities for the business.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations that translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Define data requirements in partnership with finance, sourcing, and technology teams to improve the usability and reliability of information across functions.
  • Support data governance processes that maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used by vendor management teams.
  • Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of processes that strengthen transparency, traceability, and governance of technology infrastructure data.
  • Apply analytical tools and emerging technologies, including AI, to increase the efficiency and depth of analysis delivered to the business.
  • Providing data for, running, and administering vendor management oversight and governance forums.

Required qualifications & skills

  • 5-8 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or financial analysis within a corporate or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate findings into meaningful, actionable insights for business stakeholders.

  • Solid grasp of financial concepts, including cost analysis, budgeting, and technology expenditure evaluation.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and data management principles, with a focus on data quality and governance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build executive ready outputs independently.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Beneficial skills & qualifications
