Team/Role Overview

The primary objective is the accurate and timely implementation of necessary changes to meet regulatory requirements, maintaining commercial viability of the Markets business. The team is responsible for the delivery of business mandatory (Regulatory) and business discretionary first line of defence Programs. This requires scoping, impact assessment, creating a plan/timeline and resource allocation. Implementation includes creating the solution, coordinating dependencies between projects, mitigating risks across projects whilst meeting Citi’s Program Management Standards, reporting progress and escalating risks and issues to senior stakeholders.

What you’ll do

  • Support day-to-day activities of running EU and UK based project/programs.
  • Apply Business Analytical skills to create impact assessments.
  • Support creation and signoff of program plan and charter, benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central program issue log.
  • Stakeholder management including scope definition activities and understanding the program schedule and key milestones.
  • Escalate program risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
