Team/Role Overview

Join our dynamic and fast-paced Global Foreign Currency (FX) Sales Business Execution team. This junior role is critical to the team's success, focusing on data analysis, the implementation of control processes, and management reporting. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and proactive professional eager to contribute to a global sales environment.

What you’ll do

  • Become the go-to resource for a high-performing sales team, directly contributing to their success and ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Provide comprehensive on-desk support to the FX sales team to enhance sales efficiency and client service, including tracking meeting follow-ups, maintaining CRM accuracy, and serving as the primary point of contact for escalations.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights that shape sales strategy and are presented directly to senior leadership.
  • Work in close partnership with control functions (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Risk) to implement, monitor, and ensure an appropriate governance and control infrastructure.
  • Uphold a culture of responsible finance and ethical conduct by assessing risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and transparently escalating and managing control issues.

What we’ll need from you

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • An understanding of financial markets and a keen interest in foreign currency products is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, or basic knowledge of Python/SQL is a significant plus.
  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
