- Developer experience across multiple languages β Java, Python etc.
- Cloud platforms, more than one cloud AWS, GCP or Azure
- Has built CICD / SDLC pipelines for example Terraform and Harness
- Performed as tech lead within a specialist domain e.g. tech lead for container or data platforms
- Networking, transit gateways, proxy, NSG, SG, Load Balancers, VPCs
- Cloud security (Wiz, Sentinel)
- Compute in cloud Amazon's EKS, Fargate, Lambda, Google GKE, AKS, Argo CD, Storage S3, EFS, EBS or GCS, blob
- Data services: Cloud Databases, Machine learning, analytics
- Messaging Pub/Sub services such as Kafka, Rabbit MQ
- Cache / search technologies such as ElastiCache / Elastic search
- API services such as Apigee / Kong
- Elementary, Observability and monitoring
- Identity and access management, dynamic keys and certificates
- Test driven development
- Cloud real world experience on expert level, anywhere, not just a bank
- Can lead technology decisions and align team outcomes
- Enjoys mentoring and working with remote teams
