Team/Role Overview

This role will involve dealing with complex employee queries including PAYE tax issues, whilst delivering a high level of customer service at all times. Please note, this position is a Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do
  • Resolve employee queries using Servicenow.
  • Follow all standard processes and guidance.
  • Maintain employee records on Workday.
  • Calculate and record payroll deductions or earnings as necessary.
  • Review and audit payroll records including sickness payments and retrospective pay.
  • Reconcile earnings and deduction totals.
  • Create and maintain maternity schedules.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives as they arise.
What we’ll need from you
  • Previous relevant Payroll experience (necessary)
  • Experience of using Workday Payroll (desirable).
  • Experience of working for a global company (desirable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and high attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting skills, and creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to be self-motivated and self-directed and think and act independently while also being team oriented
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent professional experience.
