Citi is looking for a Business Routines Associate to support the operations and reporting activities that keep the Marketing and Content organization running with integrity and accountability. This role is central to keeping controls well-managed and reporting accurate — coordinating audit logistics, maintaining governance records, tracking regulatory commitments, and producing the data-driven reports that leadership depends on. If you bring strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to compliance and governance work, this is a role where your contributions will be visible and valued.

Responsibilities:
  • Support semi-annual model reviews by gathering required inputs, maintaining supporting documentation, and tracking review progress through to completion.
  • Maintain governance repositories, records, and reporting trackers, ensuring all compliance documentation is current, organized, and accessible for review.
  • Track self-identified issues, remediation actions, and regulatory commitments, monitoring progress and escalating items that require attention.
  • Produce monthly governance reports and manage real estate reporting for the Marketing and Content function, reviewing data for accuracy before each submission.
  • Complete compliance-related activities and reporting across regulatory management, ensuring outputs meet required standards and deadlines.
  • Assess risk considerations in daily operations and escalate control issues with transparency to protect the organization, its clients, and its assets.
  • Help coordinate audit logistics for the Marketing and Content organization, including documentation preparation, evidence collection, and scheduling, to ensure audit activities are completed accurately and on time.
Recommended Qualifications:
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a governance, compliance, operations, or business management role, ideally within a regulated industry.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build pivot tables, apply VLOOKUP formulas, and use complex formulas to manage and validate large data sets.
  • Experience managing databases and information repositories, with a consistent focus on maintaining data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to review data for errors and produce reliable, decision-ready reporting outputs under regular deadlines.
  • Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present governance and compliance information to stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
