- Collaborate with Technology Partners: Work closely with technology teams, collaborating in the development, testing, and production deployment of AI-driven automation projects.
- Champion AI Adoption & Literacy: Lead education initiatives, workshops, and proof-of-concept demonstrations to drive adoption of AI tools and an automation-first mindset across the Shared Controls Group.
- Ensure Responsible AI Practices: Embed governance, explainability, and ethical considerations into every AI solution, ensuring alignment with Citi's responsible AI framework and regulatory requirements.
- Stay at the Cutting Edge: Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends (e.g., agentic AI, retrieval-augmented generation, multi-modal models) and assess their applicability to SCG operations.
