Our Operations groups are core to the success of the Markets business. We support a wide range of internal stakeholders alongside having significant interaction with external clients, playing a key role in the overall client experience.
A role within Markets Operations means that you will have a global reach, in a supportive environment which will provide you with new experiences and development opportunities right here in Belfast's iconic Titanic Quarter.

Role Overview:
The Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting with the allocation, clearance, settlement and investigation of transactions.
What you'll do:
- Manage incoming queries from relevant teams and allocate trades accordingly
- Perform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of booking requests
- Generate and match trade in accordance with policies and legislation
- Complete tasks accurately and on time to meet deadlines
- Identify discrepancies within transactions and work with the appropriate department to form a solution
- Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports
- Experience in Microsoft packages
- Strong Mathematical mindset
- Strong risk management and control mindset
- Self-reliant, good problem solver, results orientated.
