Position Overview We are seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President to join our Investor Services Operations team. As a senior leader within the broader Security Services Operations group, you will be a pivotal figure in shaping the strategic direction and operational excellence of our post-trade services. You will play a crucial role in shaping and driving process and technology change across the group, influencing key decisions, and delivering complex projects with significant impact. In this capacity, you will not only oversee the full trade lifecycle but will also be accountable for the performance, culture, and strategic evolution of the team. Responsibilities As the Senior Vice President - Senior Lead OTC/ETF Manager, you will be accountable for: Strategic Leadership strong understanding of financial markets. Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams, including driving large-scale organisational change. A strong track record of senior client relationship management, including engagement at C-suite and investment director level. Proven ability to design and execute strategic operating model transformations, including automation and technology-led change programmes. Proven working knowledge of Calypso Technology or comparable industry-leading platforms, with the ability to provide strategic direction on systems architecture. Strong commercial acumen and experience contributing to business development, revenue generation, or product strategy. Exceptional analytical, organizational, influencing, negotiation, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure. Proficiency in data-driven decision making; advanced skills in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); working knowledge of programming languages (Python, SQL, Java) and/or data visualisation tools is advantageous.
