Markets Operations represents the evolution and transformation of Operations in the Finance Industry. We support a broad range of Capital Markets products and services and strive to deliver a robust control environment while enabling growth and client service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement: Run daily reports to enable funding projections; manage settlement and exposures in triparty transactions across multiple triparty agents; communicate with clients and trading desks with a focus on exception reconciliation; engage Corporate Treasury stakeholders monitoring Treasury Controlled Locations; document and publish senior management reporting; work closely with triparty agents and infrastructures.
- People & Culture: Build and develop relationships with internal teams and clients; oversee junior staff; analyse unfunded positions and provide feedback to the business; manage multiple internal and vendor systems to identify and resolve exceptions; prioritise daily workload to meet deadlines; promote diversity and inclusion and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Robust Control Environment: Identify risk and root causes of non-settlement; implement resolutions to achieve settlement and mitigate risk; ensure compliance with control standards and regulatory requirements; look for process improvements to increase automation of daily processes.
- General: Interact with triparty agents, global clients, exchanges, CSDs, CCPs; support trading desk across Europe, Asia and the United States; ensure continuous monitoring of settlement and collateral demand/supply.

- Excellent Microsoft skills; proficient in data analysis.
- Relevant experience or transferable skills; strong written and verbal communication; analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Problem solving, teamwork, and proactive learning.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; strong stakeholder management.
