The role is within the Risk Technology‑Strategic Delivery team focused on cross‑asset class delivery execution of strategic programs. It is part of a team dedicated to supporting the cloud‑based technology platform adoption for centralised Risk and valuation compute, servicing the Risk management applications. Your role will be a Technology program lead supporting this application and our Technology clients.
What You’ll Do
- Act as lead program manager for delivery of key business and regulatory projects under Citi’s global cross‑asset risk technology strategy.
- Manage new Markets and Risk cross‑asset risk compute projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with product owners and scrum masters of agile teams to create and maintain detailed project plans with high‑level views on milestones.
- Coordinate on dependencies and facilitate discussion across asset class technology teams, quant teams, and cloud technology partners to resolve outstanding risk and issues.
- Produce presentations and reports for senior management and regulators on progress on key programs.
- Work closely with program‑level directors and managers to provide status and feedback on projects.
- Attend workshops, working groups and other relevant meetings with senior representatives from Risk, Finance, Ops & Technology, Cloud Technology vendors, Front Office, Internal Audit, and other groups.
What We’ll Need From You
- Must have experience working within the Markets Technology function on Derivative valuations and calculations, and understand the Derivative products in an investment bank.
- Must understand Derivative pricing, models and market data inputs and drivers that impact processing optimisation.
- Distil complex information and present it in concise terms to enable senior decision making and direction.
- Ideally experience of working as a Scrum Master approach and responsible for setting up Jira.
- Can demonstrate that drives or challenges stakeholders to deliver on execution, and not merely track progress.
- Has experience working on migrating complex compute functions onto cloud platforms and resolving issues with cloud optimisation and adoption.
