The Talent Management & Engagement organisation is seeking a Program Lead that will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of our internal business-aligned employee talent development programs. This role will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive development programs that foster employee growth and aligns with Citi's strategic diversity and talent goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organisation including the in-business Talent & Engagement Councils.
What you'll do:
- Design and develop end-to-end talent development programs, including curriculum creation, event planning and participant journey.
- Ensure alignment of the program with Citi's strategic goals and employee development needs.
- Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of the program.
- Institute and track measures of success and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with in-business stakeholders, including senior leaders, to gain buy-in and support for the program.
- Ensure connectivity to all functional partners with dependencies and considerations such as ESPA, Learning, and HR functions, etc. to ensure comprehensive program delivery.
- Manage a large budget effectively to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Track and report on budget expenditures and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Develop and deliver effective communication materials to promote the program internally.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program progress and outcomes.
- Plan and execute program-related events, including workshops, seminars and training sessions.
- Ensure seamless coordination and execution of events to enhance the employee experience.

- Experience in program or project management, preferably in employee retention and development, and engagement initiatives.
- Strong project management and change management skills with experience on large, complex, global projects.
- Excellent organisational, follow-up and time management skills.
- Proven experience managing budgets and ensuring financial accountability.
