As an overview, at any given point there is a pipeline of roughly 200 in-progress proposals in various stages of the new activity approval process. With this context in mind there are two key focus areas for your role; (1) Production of reporting and analytics relating to the new activity proposal pipeline, and (2) Supporting our Global Performance Managers with the work they do to unblock/ accelerate in-flight proposals towards their target approval dates.

What you'll do:

  • Generation of ad-hoc reporting and analysis e.g. performing deep dives on individual reviewer functions or specific business areas.
  • Looking at areas of New Activity Risk Management that we currently aren’t generating insights on and working with relevant stakeholders to deliver them.
  • Working alongside our Change Delivery team to automate the production of our analytics where possible.
  • Active hygiene monitoring of our new activity pipeline e.g. monitoring ageing to ensure proposals are being addressed in a timely manner.
  • Providing project management support to specific new activity proposals requiring 'white glove treatment' from the Performance team.
  • Learning from our Global Performance Managers with a view to covering their key responsibilities in their absence.

What we'll need from you:

  • Primarily, this role requires an individual with a strong desire to learn and develop.
  • Relevant experience working in a fast-paced industry such as Financial Services required.
