Citi is looking for a Head of Relationship Sales to lead a team focused on driving organic revenue growth and shaping the client experience across Citi's Futures, OTC Clearing & FX Prime Brokerage (FDC) product suite. As the EMEA Head of FDC Relationship Sales, you will oversee a London-based team responsible for cultivating and expanding client relationships, promoting client participation in FDC products, and ensuring client satisfaction. This includes a focus on optimizing client returns and operational best practices. You will play a key role in defending and growing our market share within the EMEA region.

This leadership role demands a deep understanding of client strategies and the ability to identify revenue opportunities for Citi. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to enhance client engagement across FDC, Prime, and Equities. The successful candidate will thrive in a client-centric environment, where the direction and demands of our clients shape the priorities and content of our work.

What you will do will be varied day to day, but the key drivers for the role are :

  • Lead and mentor the London-based Relationship Sales team, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams across Citi to implement target growth strategies and achieve revenue objectives.
  • Take ownership of client profitability and revenue growth, actively managing returns associated with client FDC relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's structure, investment strategies, and service needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction levels, address evolving requirements, and proactively resolve any concerns.
  • Act as a primary escalation point for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement of Citi's FDC product suite and service offerings.

What we will need from you:

  • A deep understanding of and experience in Futures, OTC Clearing, and/or FX Prime Brokerage.
  • Comprehensive understanding of risk and control frameworks, particularly within the FDC business.
  • Broad cross-product knowledge encompassing Futures, Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Cleared Swaps.
  • Strong grasp of global markets, including regulatory landscapes and operational/settlement procedures.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
