- Collaborate with governance teams, UX design and engineers to deliver high quality, delightful products to clients; whilst maintaining rigorous data accuracy, completeness, security, reliability, and adhering to firm-wide standards and policies while managing associated risks.
- Lead discovery efforts to deeply understand client problems, validate solutions through rapid experimentation, and ensure product-market fit before scaling.
- Partner with institutional clients to understand their Data and Digital needs, translating complex securities services workflows into intuitive digital experiences.
- Foster continuous improvement by implementing efficient processes, reducing time to market, and proactively identifying and resolving issues through root cause analysis.
- Demonstrate strong product leadership by influencing stakeholders, building consensus across diverse teams, and making data-informed decisions in ambiguous environments.
