- Data-Driven Insights: Gather and analyse operational data from cross-functional stakeholders. Identify data patterns and trends to provide insights that enhance business decision-making, process improvement, and solution assessment.
- Project & Delivery Management: Creating project plans, defining scope and objectives, identifying dependencies, managing risks and issues, and ensuring timely delivery against milestones.
- AI-Driven Interoperability: Lead the vision of AI to enhance how our users interact with UI Applications. Drive discovery on innovative ways to automate and improve user workflows through intelligent systems.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and communicate risks and their potential impacts. Propose effective mitigation strategies, considering the business implications of technology application and ensuring compliance with firm policies.
- Vendor Collaboration: Liaise with third-party vendors like interop.io to understand their capabilities and ensure their solutions are effectively integrated to meet our business objectives.
Skill & Qualifications
- Proven Experience: A strong track record as a Business Analyst or Project Manager within a complex financial services environment, preferably in Markets or a related front-office area.

- Data & Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis. The ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving, with a talent for identifying needs, navigating ambiguity, and influencing strategic decisions to deliver concrete outcomes.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to guide, influence, and articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Interoperability Experience: Knowledge of desktop interoperability concepts (FDC3, MCP) or platforms like Interop.io.
