This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Prime Services product development team, focusing on delivering high-quality, resilient, and controlled data. As a Prime Services Product Developer at the Senior Vice President level, you will be instrumental in creating and executing a data agenda that drives business outcomes. This position plays a critical part in leveraging data, analytics, and insights to create incremental value, aligned with enterprise-wide data governance standards. You will contribute to the strategic evolution of Prime Services, ensuring robust data infrastructure and solutions.
Responsibilities- Define and execute business data modelling solutions to measure key data quality improvement metrics.
- Design data risk and control frameworks, including data cataloguing, lineage, and controls, in partnership with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Prime Services Analytics team and Technology to develop and implement a comprehensive data governance strategy.
- Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives, engaging with Risk Managers, Product Owners, Front Office, Product Control, and Technology teams.
- Identify challenges and proactively seek to resolve or escalate risks and issues, engaging relevant stakeholders and project managers.
- Produce accurate and insightful project update materials and artifacts, tailoring content for various forums and committees.
- Demonstrated front-to-back Clearing, Futures and Options and OTC Cleared swaps expertise, enabling effective engagement with Risk, Finance and Compliance on data, governance and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Deep understanding and experience with data usage, data modelling, and its application in driving strategy.
- Extensive knowledge of Prime and Clearing businesses (front to back) and a proven track record in strategic product development.
- Significant experience in Equities Transformation, including scoping, developing, and prioritizing strategic initiatives.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of mechanisms for tracking and communicating performance.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with strong follow-up and problem-solving capabilities.
