Act as the primary owner of the asset information for all Critical Assets (including MEP, and Fire Protection equipment) supporting the Critical Facilities portfolio, housed in Citi’s Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), ensuring its completeness, accuracy, and availability to support strategic initiatives. • Audit, Risk, and Compliance: Respond to audit activities from both internal auditors and external regulators concerning global building operations across our critical facilities. Champion a robust risk management framework within the O&M function, drawing lessons from past incidents and root‑cause analysis to prevent future occurrences and ensure the highest level of operational resilience.
  • Leadership and Governance: Lead and manage a team of five remotely based Governance Leads, specialists embedded within our strategic data centers to provide on‑ground oversight of our IFM supplier’s activities. Instill a proactive risk‑identification culture within the governance team, ensuring potential failures in equipment and operations are preemptively identified and addressed. Develop and implement a governance framework for our colocation data center portfolio, addressing the inherent risks associated with third‑party suppliers, landlords, and the lack of Citi‑owned assets.
