- Define high-level strategic requirements and produce documentation that bridges business needs and actionable delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional planning, prioritisation, and escalation of project deliverables in close collaboration with technology and business partners.
- Champion the adoption of strategic data solutions across functions, ensuring stakeholders at all levels understand and are aligned on the target vision.
- Act as the subject matter expert on data within the Markets domain, providing guidance that keeps business initiatives consistent with firm strategy and best practices.
- Identify, escalation, and manage program risks and issues, ensuring mitigation strategies are developed and executed to protect delivery timelines.
- What we’ll need from you
- Proven experience in program delivery within financial services, with a clear track record of coordinating cross-functional data programs in complex, matrixed organisations.
- Substantive knowledge of Capital Markets business and products, including a solid understanding of trade lifecycle across Front, Middle, and Back Office functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and consistently deliver high-quality outputs under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly and clearly with stakeholders from working level through to executive leadership.
