As part of the Executive Talent Acquisition team you will be responsible for covering executive hires across Technology, COO & Operations & Services business globally.

As an Executive Talent Acquisition Lead, you will support and partner with the business on Executive hires at Managing Director level.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activity including stakeholder engagement, research, candidate identification, screening, longlisting/shortlisting, assessment, offer management and onboarding.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert to deliver senior talent to the business.
  • Serve as a point of contact with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Compensation partners to effectively onboard senior talent.
  • Engage global candidates, maintain knowledge of industry developments and people moves.
  • Utilise AI tools to improve process and efficiencies.
  • Work with Talent Management on succession planning initiatives for critical roles.
  • Provide market and candidate intelligence to enable hiring decisions to be made.
  • Build pools of talent for disciplines, making use of networking and database tools to manage this talent.
  • Lead desktop research providing competitor insight and mapping related to talent salary and organisational structures.
  • Create and maintain markets of talent.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

  • Experience working within in-house executive talent acquisition and/or retained executive search experience.
  • Network and knowledge of senior talent within the financial services environment.
  • Experience of engaging with senior candidates, and presenting this talent to senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of compensation structures and craft offers.
  • Ability to consistently identify and attract passive candidates.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Education

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
