Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital asset products, aligning with overall business objectives and market opportunities. Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
Product Development Lifecycle: Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation, definition, design, development, launch, and post-launch iteration.

We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Digital Assets Product Manager who thrives on developing enterprise-grade solutions. You will be instrumental in delivering digital asset initiatives with Liquidity Management Services. Relevant experience in product management with at least 5 years in developing blockchain solutions focused on digital assets, blockchain products. Product management within financial industry with strong focus on cash management including Liquidity management and Payments. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptographic principles, and various digital asset classes (e.g., Ethereum, tokenised deposits stablecoins). Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products through the entire product lifecycle. Demonstrated strong understanding of regulatory and compliance framework. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, maintain a holistic and challenging view of processes and procedures, with a focus on risk mitigation, effectiveness, and scalability. Proven track record in leading, motivating and influencing diverse audiences and senior stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
