This is your opportunity to step directly into a critical role where you'll gain hands on experience supporting the processes that keep Citi's global markets business running smoothly.

From the moment you join, you'll play an integral part in the trade lifecycle, helping ensure trades move seamlessly from trade capture through to final settlement.

You'll work closely with Front Office, Technology, internal and external clients and Global Operations - contributing to efficient trade processing, strong controls, and a first-class client experience.

  • What we’ll need from you
  • You must have already graduated or be graduating from a university degree in 2026, preferably within a Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a Business discipline.
  • Strong communication & teamwork skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e. g., Excel, Power Point, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s/university degree. Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business preferred; other disciplines considered with relevant skills/interest.
