SMBF – Production Management (also known as Production Support- SMBF Technology) is an organisation with more than 5,000 employees and contract workers. The Business Execution team is responsible for the group’s ongoing planning, administrative and organisational development activities. These include management of the Financials, Headcount, Real Estate and Vendor Management Planning Processes, as well as providing ongoing support to the Production Management Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the team, staffing office and Vendor Management to understand and track headcount, identify trends and resolve issues, in addition to ensuring, accuracy in reporting, onboarding and termination of resources

  • Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations

  • Complete compliance related activities and reporting

  • Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation

  • Review data for accuracy and create required reporting to manage the data

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

  • May work on ad hoc projects as requested.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience including advanced Excel expertise; demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas

  • Experience with databases and information management

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • A good team player with a proactive, flexible, enthusiastic and can-do approach

  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
