The Control Room Management role is part of the Testing Deployment & Environment Management horizontal service of offerings for the Strategic Ledger Transformation program. This is a critical role in coordinating day-to-day execution of technology tasks in support of various program activities such as testing, release management, environment management, production cutovers, etc. The Control Room service operates on a ‘follow the sun’ model and is currently 24x5 and is expected to be 24x7 in the future.

What You’ll Do

  • Leading day-to-day execution of technology WBS tasks required for various program activities.
  • Ensuring Control Room resources are on the same page while managing multiple activities in different environments.
  • Coordinating activities during multiple shifts in the UK.
  • Working closely with counterparts in Europe and in India to enable seamless handoff of task‑level activities and status.
  • Leading daily checkpoint calls to provide operational level status to program stakeholders.
  • Communicating status emails and notifications to stakeholders regarding planned activities and unplanned events.
  • Facilitating triage meetings for problem resolution as required, facilitating creation of JIRA tickets and Oracle Service Requests to track defects.
  • Adhering to enterprise standards and policies on release and change management and maintaining artifacts for various tollgates required by program governance.
  • Understanding and implementing releases during the agreed‑upon ‘green‑zones’ or maintenance windows.
