Role Overview

The Business Analyst will assist in reporting and management of investment portfolio for the group and may work on team wide ad-hoc projects as requested.

What you'll do:

  • Contribute to the investment planning requirements in line with the overall governance strategy.
  • Monitor and report investment spend, funding updates and benefits across the COO investment portfolio.
  • Support the preparation of regular reports on investment performance, compliance, and governance metrics for global stakeholders (including boards, committees, and senior management).
  • Engage with a wide range of global stakeholders to obtain clear and meaningful status updates and collaborate to resolve any issues.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all investment governance activities, minutes, decisions, and communications.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing investment governance processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Escalate potential issues to management.
  • Participate and support wider team in their projects and initiatives, related to investment governance, strategy, and operations as required.

  • Recent and relevant experience of business analysis/project management experience.
  • Experience creating presentations and process documentation.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
