As a Post Trade Compliance Specialist, you will support the Operations team in India on a daily basis. You will be able to integrate subject matter and industry expertise within Compliance Monitoring. You will be expected to gain an in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and business. You should be able to evaluate moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes leadership role within the team and will also work closely with the offshore counterparts to establish global operating models and processes. Additionally, this role involves providing cross-functional support to the onshore Client Reporting team. The successful candidate will undergo targeted training to understand Client Reporting workflows, enabling them to provide critical operational coverage during holidays, sickness, and peak periods to ensure business continuity. What you'll do Client Relationship Management: Maintaining excellent relationships with clients (internal and external), communicating with them in a professional, clear, and concise manner, meeting all deadlines. Regulatory Expertise: Maintain a continuous in-depth regulatory knowledge, keeping abreast of all updates to UCITS/AIFMD and other such regulations affecting the funds industry.
