Team / Role Overview
This position is within the Citi International Early Careers Team which comprises talent acquisition and program management. The job holder will support Early Career Program Managers in their day-to-day management of our Early Career Programs across UK, Europe and Middle East & Africa clusters. The International Early Careers team directly supports Citi businesses in the attraction, selection and program management of graduate, apprenticeship and Master of Business Administration (MBA) hires.
What you'll do
- Responsible for supporting program managers to organise and execute effective rotations and placements within specific business areas to ensure that both individual development needs and business needs are met.
- Ownership of the process of coordinating and collating performance management documentation in line with pre-defined deadlines for program participants across different business areas and countries.
- Supporting the Early Careers Learning team with initial training program logistics including: liaising with external training vendors, planning events, organising business speaker series and coordinating training schedules.
- Supporting with continuous development of early career populations including managing ongoing training and exams, organising and hosting catch-up conversations, planning and executing engagement activities.
- Act as a point of contact for program participants and their managers supporting day-to-day program and HR related queries.
- Support with the roll out of Mentoring Programs.
- Involvement in global projects to support both business as usual as well as growth/innovation initiatives.
- Volume HR admin experience
- HR and project management experience desired
- Awareness of specific developmental needs of entry level hires desirable
This is a critical administrative support role which assists the organisation to develop the next generation of leadership for Citi. This is an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth and up-to-date expertise in Early Careers and to develop a career within a Global HR Function.
