The Production Management organization provides business critical application management and support for our CIO Production Management partners and lines of business (LOB). Join our Stability and Resiliency Governance team as an Analyst at the AVP level — a key supporting role within the broader Optimization and Enablement function dedicated to strengthening our CIO Production Management landscape. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to critical stability and resiliency governance initiatives and frameworks. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who is eager to build their foundational knowledge of Production Management and Risk Management within the complex and highly regulated environment of the banking sector. You will work closely with senior team members, gaining hands‑on experience and developing the skills needed to grow your career in technology governance.
Responsibilities
- Reporting & Metrics Support: Assist in the generation and preparation of monthly stability metrics and reports for diverse business units, working under the guidance of senior analysts.
- KPI Monitoring: Support the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) for application stability, helping to track trends and flag anomalies for review.
- Tooling & Automation: Learn and utilize artificial intelligence and automation tools to help reduce manual toil and enhance team efficiency.
- Best Practice Contribution: Contribute to the identification and documentation of best practices that support continuous service improvement across the technology landscape.
- Data Analysis Support: Assist in thematic analysis of stability data, helping to surface key trends and supporting the formulation of actionable recommendations under senior oversight.
- Program Participation: Support the Focus and Intensive Care application improvement programs by contributing to data gathering, tracking, and reporting activities.
- Attestation & Review Assistance: Assist in annual attestation and review processes for critical artifacts, such as the Change Risk Index and Market Event Management.
- Data Quality Initiatives: Contribute to initiatives focused on improving data quality and streamlining processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement activities that enhance stability governance products and frameworks, bringing fresh ideas and a learning mindset.
- Strategy Support: Support the team in advancing the Production Management Strategy through research, documentation, and coordination tasks.
- Project & Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with projects and ad-hoc requests as required, developing broad exposure across the team's portfolio of work.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Some exposure to or interest in IT governance, production support, or risk management within the banking or financial services industry is advantageous but not essential — we are happy to support your development in these areas.
