The successful candidate will be placed within the e‑RADAR Change team, responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of change processes centred on Citi’s Operations reporting suite. This includes reviewing the requirements for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with particular focus on policy and standards as they apply to the Change Controls. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, raising change requests to onboard new data feeds, testing and implementation of technology changes.

Responsibilities

  • Participate on projects across their lifecycle: identifying the problem, analyzing root causes, developing solutions.
  • Operate a change management process across project stakeholders changes to ensure all changes to scope clearly defined, control and financial impacts well understood and signed off prior to implementation.
  • Develop, track and maintain project plans, the status of deliverables and the RAID log; manage project risk, issues, assumptions and dependencies with a strong focus on ensuring there are clear owners and resolution dates.
  • Monitor and control all steps of the project through post implementation support period.
  • Provides governance and oversight may include (not limited to) technology operational risk, risk for example.
  • Develop relationships with support functions and senior leadership.
  • Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
  • Tests and monitors key controls which have been identified for each product line and document results.
  • Liaises with business and line control officers on any deficiencies or control gaps.
  • Ensures appropriate remedial actions are in place where deficiencies are identified.
  • Documents, implements, and executes Corrective Action Plan (CAP) for management of control issues.
  • Provide status updates to management on change requests.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • 2‑5 Years relevant experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and adapt to change.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to recognize key issues / implications and to escalate on a timely basis is essential.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to both work collaboratively and independently; ability to navigate a complex organization.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
