In this role, you will coordinate the day‑to‑day delivery of a high‑profile AI programme, ensuring governance, reporting, controls, and stakeholder engagement all run with precision and consistency. You will be the connective tissue across a cross‑functional team, translating business needs into clear requirements and keeping senior leadership informed at every stage.
Responsibilities

- Lead and streamline the process for submitting and securing thematic approvals for AI and emerging technologies, ensuring compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Organise and maintain governance processes across the programme, ensuring decisions are documented accurately, actions are followed up, and controls records are kept to a consistently high standard.
- Identify, prioritise and support the resolution of changes to the AI approval process, ensuring it remains efficient and effective.
- Manage stakeholder communications across all levels — from analysts to senior leadership — providing regular, clear updates on programme status, issues, and risks.
- Translate business needs into well-structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that can be acted on by delivery and technology teams.
- Produce data analysis, visualisations, and presentation materials that give senior leadership clear, actionable insight into programme performance.
- Monitor the implementation of business controls and ensure adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across the programme.
- Coordinate programme planning activities — including scope definition, milestone tracking, and resource alignment — to ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Identify and elevate programme risks in a timely manner, supporting the development and execution of mitigation plans to protect delivery outcomes.
