Job Description: We\βre on the hunt for a highly skilled and experienced senior AI Engineering manager to lead a GenAI platform unit. In this role, you\βll be a key player in driving innovative projects throughout the bank, using generative AI and large language models. The ideal candidate has a track record in delivering AI products to production, and at scale, in domains of GenAI and classic AI. Your mission? To work closely with our business partners and stakeholders to introduce and embrace these advanced technologies. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead an engineering group focused on GenAI and work with multiple senior stakeholders across the bank. Use case identification: Work closely with various business units and stakeholders to identify and scope potential use cases for generative AI within the organization. Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for generative AI research and development, aligning it with the bank\βs overall goals and objectives. Research and development: Lead and participate in research activities to explore and advance state-of-the-art generative AI techniques. Product integration: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate generative AI technologies into our products and services. Stakeholder engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders across the bank to drive the adoption of generative AI and large language models (LLM), identifying opportunities for innovation and value creation. Regulatory compliance: Ensure that AI initiatives meet regulatory requirements while pushing the boundaries of technology innovation. Budget management: Ensure that projects are delivered on budget and to plan. External partnerships: Engage with external start-ups and research providers to ensure that we use the correct and best technology. Qualifications: BSc/BA in computer Science or equivalent degree; MSc/MA preferred. Experience in machine learning, delivering complex solutions to production. In-depth knowledge of AI techniques, tools, and technologies. Knowledge in AI SDLC and ML Ops platforms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
