We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Front-End Developer to join our Creative Tech & Governance team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance UI components and libraries for our internal design systems, ensuring high quality, performance, and accessibility.
- Collaborate closely with designers and other developers to translate design specifications into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our component architecture, tooling, and development processes.
- Actively explore and experiment with AI-powered design and development workflows, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and creativity within the team.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to front-end development and design system integration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development and AI in design.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+), with a solid understanding of modern web development principles.
- Demonstrable experience with modern front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular) and their ecosystems.
- Experience or strong understanding of developing and maintaining components within a design system context.
