The Executive Talent Acquisition (TA) Execution Specialist is responsible for the effective delivery of recruitment lifecycle operations, and coordinating recruitment best practice processes, in partnership with Exec TA Partner teams.
- Concierge candidate management and support (onsite support incl. Coordination of Workday recruitment lifecycle processes for executive hires)
- Executive Assessment request processing and governance (partnership with assessment vendors and Scheduling team)
- Background screening case management: RTW, ID, criminal checks completed, regulatory reference prioritisation.
- Start date management.
- PO and Invoice management, processing, and tracking (all vendors).
- Maintain centralised data channels, communications channels, and team sites (SharePoint, Teams).
- Providing data analytics, insights, and reporting.
- Centralising regular and ad hoc reporting activity such as MI and performance metrics.
- Operate with a clear understanding of data governance and risk & compliance issues associated with sensitive data.
- Current recruitment process or support experience.
- Working knowledge of senior/executive suite hiring processes.
- Demonstrated experience with recruitment lifecycle processes.
- Knowledge of executive search practices and processes.
- Confident engaging with executive suite stakeholders.
