From the moment you join, you’ll play an integral part in the trade lifecycle, helping ensure trades move seamlessly from trade capture through to final settlement. You’ll work closely with Front Office, Technology, internal and external clients, and Global Operations, contributing to efficient trade processing, strong controls, and a first-class client experience.

What you'll do:- Impact Global Markets: Support key stages of the trade lifecycle, helping ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently on behalf of our clients.
- Solve Real Operational Challenges: Investigate issues, analyze discrepancies, and work with teams across the business to deliver timely solutions.
- Strengthen Controls & Improve How We Work: Perform essential checks that help safeguard our business, while contributing to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the adoption of new technologies.
- Build Strong Client Partnerships: Work directly with internal teams and external clients to resolve queries, support trade processing, and ensure a smooth front-to-back experience.
- Build Market & Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of financial products, operational workflows, and the systems that enable global trading at scale.
- You must have already graduated or be graduating from a University degree in 2026, preferably within a Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a Business discipline.
- Strong communication & teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
