You can play an important part in transforming and simplifying our operating model.Team/Function Overview The FDC Operations team comprises three areas: Futures, OTC clearing and FXPB.This role falls within the FX Middle Office group providing a proactive service to our clients and with the FX PB Client Executive team and FX Operations team.As part of a global Middle Office team, you will be responsible for managing your client\’s trade lifecycle and coordinating with Citi teams for reconciliation and risk management.The role will have extensive client interaction and an opportunity to develop a deep understanding of FX products, internal systems, processes, and support teams.Key Responsibilities Provide proactive service to our clients and support to the FX PB Client Executive teamDaily processing, monitoring, and reconciliation of all FX transactionsMain point of contact for client/administrator operational inquiriesMonitoring of all FXPB client trading within the FXPB matching systemParticipate in reducing trading errorsHelp optimize trading flows by seeking operational efficiencyLiaise with FX Operations teams globallyPerform daily option expiry tasksProcessing of NDF fixesSupport and testing of system upgrades and provide solutions for tech-related issuesDaily reconciliation for FX and Options breaks and P&L verificationAssess risk in business decisions, ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies, escalate and report control issues with transparencyProvide coaching and support to the team and serve as a point of contact for escalations; complete tasks such as reviews, audit preparation, capacity planning, reporting and maintaining the control environmentEducation GCSE English & MathWhat we can offer you This role will provide you with an opportunity to grow your client services skills, develop an in-depth understanding of our products and work with global teams.
