Key Responsibilities
- Invoice processing – ensuring accuracy, coding, and timely submission through internal finance systems and resolving discrepancies with finance teams and vendors.
- Travel & Expense (T&E) entry – accurately record and submit claims in accordance with Citi’s travel & expense policy, ensuring compliance and appropriate documentation.
- Supplier onboarding – support new marketing suppliers and vendors, coordinating with Procurement, Legal and Compliance to meet Citi’s third‑party management standards.
- Data entry & management – perform accurate, timely entry across marketing systems, maintain data integrity and support reporting.
- Administrative support – provide general operational and administrative assistance to the CAMBM Marketing function.
- Stakeholder liaison – build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, Legal, Compliance) and external suppliers.
- Process improvement – identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and workflows.
- Risk & compliance – assess risk, adhere to policy, apply ethical judgement and report control issues transparently.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to produce error‑free work in data entry, invoice processing, and expense management.
- Previous experience in an administrative, operational or marketing support role, preferably within financial services.
- Strong numerical literacy for accurate financial data processing.
