We are looking for an experienced candidate to join the Production Support Business Execution Team Finance area, and serve as a key resource working on additional projects.
Responsibilities
- Working with cross functional teams including finance teams to review and finalise quarterly outlook cycles, transfers, functionals and the annual budget process.
- Assist with financial projections based on risks and opportunities.
- Involvement in month end close and provide variance analysis commentary for senior management reviews.
- Maintenance of Project Tracking System (PTS) including updating application profiles and ensuring alignment of both HC and $ to internal Citi systems.
- Involvement in annual Investment Request (IR) process including monitoring and summarising IRs for senior management.
- Develop standardisation across financial processes used across multiple verticals by understanding key business drivers and driving efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies and relevant legal regulations.
- Detail oriented, curious by nature, and strategic thinker that can prioritise and multi-task between the several budget priorities.
- Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a curious nature.
- Ability to think independently, evaluate, negotiate, and structure updates suitable for senior management across a wide variety of topics associated with organisational initiatives.
- Adaptable and enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Skills and Experience
- Experience in a financial services role.
- Experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and technology.
- Proven ability to work in high‑pressure environments.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Desirable Experience
- Experience with Project Tracking System (PTS) and Investment Requests (Investments @ Citi) desirable.
