Job Overview The COO Program Management SVP will be responsible for creating a robust governance and oversight framework to track, monitor and support successful progress of Client Organisation Projects and Strategic Initiatives. The successful candidate will support the design and implement the necessary tracking mechanisms (KPIs/KRIs), establish a regular cadence for governance, and provide senior management with transparent insights into the various initiatives and programs performance, risks, and strategic alignment. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in governance, data analysis, and program management within a complex financial services environment.
