Citi Group Electrical Ltd is looking for an experienced Electrician to undertake a variety of tasks relating to setting up and maintaining electrical infrastructure. Your job will involve installing electrical wiring in buildings and poles, troubleshooting malfunctions and blackouts and repairing appliances. Due to the high amount of risk associated with this job, electricians must be first and foremost responsible individuals with great attention to safety precautions. The ideal candidate must be experienced in different kinds of electrical devices and systems. The goal will be to produce reliable and timely reports on the functioning of electrical infrastructure. Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute plans for electrical wiring according to design standards
• Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for industrial or agricultural purposes
• Install safety devices and protection circuits to ensure optimal energy efficiency
• Install circuit-operated devices for example light switches, resistors and circuit breakers
• Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
• Prevent breakdowns by repairing or replacing broken parts etc.
• Collect data or record results of electrical activities or activities periodic for purposes like planning future work etc.
• Inspect objects — such as machines — that are connected to the electric network to ensure functionality and safety standards.
• Installation of new wiring in new buildings or renovations. This includes pulling down old wiring, cutting cables etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £23.00-£24.00 per hour
