About the Team & Business Line: Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
Your Role: Responsible for generating new business revenue for Citco’s real assets line of business utilizing Citco consultative sales approach and leveraging our SMEs, driving the growth and expanding the firm’s footprint in the real assets space in Europe. Focus should be primarily on mid-size and large real assets investment managers across all strategies – core, core+, value-add and opportunistic and all structure types – closed-ended and open-ended. Additional responsibilities include raising the firm’s profile and increasing brand awareness for Citco across Europe within the real assets ecosystem and building and nurturing relationships with the relevant stakeholders/feeders in the industry.
Qualifications: You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field ideally 10+ years’ real estate investment experience, predominantly in Real Assets Real Estate funds. 5+ years’ demonstrated senior leadership experience. Communicate effectively – negotiation, presentation capabilities. Proven record of accomplishment in new business generation with sustainable YOY growth. Strong knowledge of the alternative fund industry. Ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Demonstrate initiative and leadership capabilities, ability to escalate when appropriate. CPA, ACCA, CIMA designation would be an advantage.

Responsibilities: Responsible for the management and execution of Citco’s BD and Sales business plan for the European region and ensure strategy is aligned with global objectives. Maintain an effective and measurable BD and Sales pipeline across LOBs targeting strategic opportunities within the new launch and conversion space. Manage and measure performance of the BD and Sales function with focus on sales activity, revenue forecasting, profitability etc. Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline process in collaboration with European MDs, SMEs and business managers. Lead and execute BD and Sales tactical and strategic goals with new market penetration, sales campaigns etc. to ensure proactive approach with new lead generation. Maintain effective lines of communication to senior management and Citco MDs and across peer groups, SMEs etc. Ensure quality of the output of the BD and Sales function in Europe. Manage risk associated with the BD and Sales process and cycle. Manage BD/Sales reporting requirements to senior management including revenue YTD, timesheets, expenses, monthly news bulletin etc. Build, maintain and measure success of the European feeder network across LOBs. Work with Marketing and Communications Group to assist Citco brand building initiatives via industry events and conferences, Citco hosted and co-hosted events. Increase Citco’s brand awareness by working alongside Citco’s PR agent. Coordinate the completion of RFPs, and new business proposals to management. Create, maintain, and promote product-related branding and marketing pitch materials.
