Overview
In this role you will lead client onboarding and integration for credit and loan operations within Citco’s Client Integration team. You will guide cross-functional delivery, risk-aware processes, and strategic initiatives that enhance client experience and onboarding efficiency. You will act as the subject matter expert on Citco’s systems, driving data migration, testing, and standardization across multiple product lines. This is a chance to shape how we scale client solutions for complex funds.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate client launches, conversions, and fund integrations with cross-team alignment
- Manage data migration, mapping, and analysis across internal and client/third-party systems
- Oversee Sentry setup, implementation, and testing with IT and CFS stakeholders
- Provide ongoing project tracking, risk reporting, and executive updates
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and scalable workflows across the team
- Support marketing and sales pitches with demonstrations of Citco workflows and best practices
- Lead/participate in department-wide and strategic initiatives to address high-risk projects
- Manage virtual teams, pipeline, resourcing, recruitment, and staff development
- Maintain stakeholder communications and manage expectations with clients and leadership
Key requirements
- Degree qualified or related professional qualification (as stated)
- Experience in Credit/Loan operations in financial services
- Proven knowledge of Credit fund administration
- Proven Sentry (or WSO) experience
- Proven Project Management experience
- Proven Business Analysis experience
- Strategic mindset and problem-solving orientation
