In this role you lead end-to-end operating model and product redesign for Private Assets services at Citco, driving adoption across regions. You’ll shape the operating model and align client needs with scalable solutions, working closely with Operations, Product, and Client Services. You will translate pain points into compelling business cases and delivery plans, ensuring changes stick beyond go-live. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operating model and product redesign for Private Assets services, from problem definition to adoption
- Define target operating model, including roles, handoffs, controls and location strategy
- Develop and implement cross-regional best-practice standards to drive consistency and efficiency
- Represent Operations in client pitches, POCs and solution design, ensuring deliverability
- Collaborate with Client Services, Product and Client Integration on marquee client solutions
- Assess opportunities to productise bespoke client builds for wider deployment
- Manage complex client transitions and implementations from an Operations perspective with the integration team
- Coordinate requirements with data, platform and automation teams (Pod B and Pod C) as needed
- Coordinate across Operations, Tactical Operations, Marquee Client teams, Financial Statements, Tax, Investor Relations and Client Integration
- Lead and mentor pod resources, including rotational colleagues, and report progress and benefits realisation to senior leadership
Key requirements
- 12–15 years’ experience in private assets or equivalent environment
- Proven delivery of operating model redesign, process re-engineering or transformation in financial services
- Strong knowledge of private assets accounting and operations, including fund structures and complex calculations
- Ability to design for end-to-end service and scalability across jurisdictions
- Experience with large or complex client relationships and judgment to manage commitments
- Ability to identify reusable solutions and advocate productisation
- Experience translating operational needs into technical requirements with data/platform teams
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience, including mentoring rotational staff
- Skills in business planning, budgeting and stakeholder negotiation
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; SharePoint experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; professional designation a plus
