Overview
In this role you will lead the EVP 1 — Operating Model & Product, guiding end-to-end service design for Private Assets and aligning with cross-functional teams. You will shape the operating model, product direction, and client solutions, ensuring delivery is achievable and scalable. You’ll partner with Operations, IT, and client teams to drive adoption and governance across pods, delivering transformational change. This is a hands-on leadership role set in a global, strategic environment that values practical, business-facing execution. You will influence change at the executive level and help Citco scale its operating model for years to come.

Responsibilities
- Own the Private Assets operating model design and adoption, setting end-to-end service expectations
- Set direction for Pod A (Operating Model, Product & Client Solutions) and balance long-term work with near-term demand
- Represent the senior Operations voice in client pitches, POCs, and strategic direction
- Lead marquee solution reuse and drive cross-client rollout
- Partner with Operations, Tactical Operations, Marquee Client teams, Transformation Office and IT to align change and reduce duplication
- Govern the pod portfolio including prioritisation, resourcing, budget, risk, dependencies and executive reporting
- Plan for new client setup, transitions and complex implementations across multiple functions
- Build and develop the pods and participate in recruitment, including rotational colleagues
- Maintain alignment with Tactical Operations and Marquee Operations and route work appropriately
- Represent Strategic Operations in Private Assets and CFS leadership forums
Key requirements
- 12–15 years’ experience in fund administration, alternative asset management or related financial services, focused on private assets
- Proven track record delivering large-scale operating model or product re-engineering initiatives with business adoption
- Deep knowledge of private assets operating models, fund structures and end-to-end service model
- Strong executive stakeholder management and credibility with clients and senior leadership
- Commercial judgment to assess feasible deliverables and pricing in client discussions
- Portfolio and programme governance experience managing competing priorities across multiple pods
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience, including managing rotational colleagues
- Skilled in business planning, budgeting and stakeholder negotiation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint)
