Overview
In this role, you redesign and deliver operating model and product changes that strengthen end-to-end service delivery. You will work closely with Operations, Transformation Office and IT to translate design into adoption, supporting client pitches and go-live with a hands-on, data-driven approach. You’ll drive process mapping, requirements, testing and documentation to enable scalable solutions. The position offers rotation opportunities and cross-functional exposure in a global, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Map current state processes and gather data to identify friction and cost
- Support design of target state processes, controls and handoffs
- Draft business requirements and coordinate with IT and the Transformation Office
- Build and execute test scripts, run UAT cycles and track defects
- Document client-specific processes and evidence of divergence from standard model
- Prepare analyses and materials for client pitches, POCs and solution design
- Support implementation of fund structures, new client setups, onboarding and transitions on accounting platforms
- Maintain the reuse inventory of components built for different clients
- Prepare training materials and support Operations through go-live and adoption
- Maintain project documentation, trackers and status reporting
Key requirements
- 4+ years in private assets accounting or operations at a fund administrator, fund manager or similar
- Solid knowledge of private assets processes (GL, capital activity, fees, financial statements, investor reporting)
- Exposure to process improvement, system testing or project work; appetite to pursue it
- Comfort engaging both operational teams and technology partners
- Strong analytical skills to interrogate data and support recommendations
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work streams
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Advanced Excel; exposure to reporting, workflow or automation tooling is a plus
