Join the CITB Customer Engagement Team as a Training Provider Relationship Manager. In this role, you will engage with training providers on behalf of CITB, building and maintaining positive relationships to support their business development needs.
The role requires extensive travel across Great Britain to meet clients and build rapport. You will collaborate with colleagues across the organization, manage stakeholder expectations, and be the main point of contact for our customers, supporting their growth in the evolving construction skills landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with a caseload of training providers.
- Expand the network through business development activities, promoting opportunities, and supporting provider sign-ups and contracting processes.
- Conduct regular review meetings to assess provider performance.
- Maintain engagement with internal teams and external services to ensure a holistic provider experience.
- Advocate for providers, providing feedback to internal stakeholders for network improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CITB offerings and the construction sector.
- Represent CITB at meetings, events, and on social media channels.
- Communicate and present CITB's offerings effectively, adapting materials as needed.
- Respond to complex provider queries or complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of engagement using CRM tools, providing reports and analysis.
- Participate in internal projects and meetings as required.
- Provide sector-specific insights in devolved nations to influence skills policies.
