We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product and Services Coordinator to support the successful delivery of key products and services. Working closely with the Quality Team both desk-based and mobile, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring products are delivered efficiently, meet customer needs, and align with strategic objectives. You’ll become a subject matter expert in your product area, collaborating across teams and engaging with stakeholders to continuously improve performance and customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivery and performance of products and services
  • Coordinate the delivery of products and services across multiple internal and external teams
  • Monitor performance against service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Work with Finance to track and review financial performance
  • Act as the main point of contact for your product or service
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Using data to inform product delivery
  • Analyse data from multiple sources to track performance
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve delivery
  • Share key product insights with stakeholders across teams

Managing Relationships

  • Collaborate with colleagues across a variety of teams
  • Build relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Represent the organisation in meetings related to product delivery and operations
  • Continually develop product understanding
  • Build and maintain in-depth product knowledge
  • Understand how your product fits within the wider offering

Special Conditions / Other Requirements
